As a teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting their teachers and enhancing the educational experience of their students. You will work closely with teachers to assist in the delivery of lessons, provide one-on-one support to students, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist teachers in preparing classroom materials and resources as a teaching assistant.
* Support students in their academic and personal development.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
* Provide individual and small group support to students who need extra help.
* Collaborate with teachers and other teaching assistant to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in a secondary school setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their educational journey.
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to working with students.
