Anthony is the consultant for Buckinghamshire primary schools
Anthony has been with Academics since 2015 and got the opportunity to relocate to our Berkhamsted office which enables him to work with Primary schools within his own county of Buckinghamshire. Having relocated from our Head office where he was a part of the SEN team gives Anthony good knowledge of SEN and Primary structures across both sectors.
From growing up and living in Aylesbury, Anthony is looking forward to working with schools local to where he lives and finding excellent members of staff to have a positive impact on the local Primary Schools.
Anthony likes to keep active by participating in football and range of other sports.

Tejinder Bath
Tej, is the Secondary consultant for Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
Tej joined Academics in April 2021 after recently moving to the area. Tej started her recruitment career in 2012 working in the Education sector and has supported schools throughout Early Years Foundation to Key Stage 5.
Tej loves to build trustworthy relationships with her candidates that allows her to help and supply quality teaching, supporting staff to our schools in and around Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
Away from work she loves socialising with her friends and family, brunching and watching a new series!
Kenan Hariri-Motlagh
Kenan is the Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire SEN Consultant
Kenan joined Academics in May 2022 as a resourcer with aspirations of becoming a Recruitment Consultant. Kenan previously worked in a sales environment but sought a career in helping and assistant individuals. With links to a number of local charities, Kenan really is an individual who cares about his local community.
Since joining Academics Kenan’s main role was supporting SEN Schools and Mainstream Schools SEN requirements. Kenan is passionate about providing excellent customer service to candidates and our clients. As of January 2023 Kenan was promoted to SEN Consultant providing cover across Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
He spends the majority of his spare time travelling the country watching Wycombe Wanderers and watching a variety of sports!
Daniel Webb
Danny is the consultant for Hertfordshire secondary schools.
Danny joined Academics in 2023 having previously spent 2 years recruiting within the construction industry. Danny is also a qualified Physical Education teacher having completed a SCITT at the Buckingham Partnership and wanted to combine both worlds together and work in Education recruitment.
Away from work, he likes to keep active and participates in football.

Emma Rowledge
Emma is the consultant for Hertfordshire primary schools.
Emma joined Academics in June 2023 – since then she has gone up the ranks from Resourcer to Consultant. During her time with Academics, Emma has learnt a great deal of working across different sectors including SEN, primary and Secondary.
From playing international ultimate Frisbee Emma is naturally competitive and will work her hardest to find you the ideal position within a primary school.
Emma strives to work with good people so she can match them with the perfect position and school.
Gary Tugwell
Gary joined the SEN team in May 2024 as a Resourcer and quickly progressed into the role of Recruitment Consultant, reflecting his strong work ethic, adaptability, and natural aptitude for recruitment. He has developed a solid understanding of the SEN sector and works closely with schools and candidates to deliver effective, tailored staffing solutions.
His progression within the team highlights his ability to learn quickly, manage responsibilities confidently, and contribute positively to team and client outcomes.
Outside of work, Gary enjoys staying active and spending time helping and supporting his family.
