How to find us
Driving; After turning into Culpeper Close, continue to follow the road round to the right into Laser Quay business estate. Epsilon House is in the right hand corner of Laser Quay and the main entrance is directly opposite Stonecroft Intabuild Ltd. Free parking is available behind the building near the river and we would advise that you park in the spaces labelled ‘E Visitor’. Academics are situated on the first floor of Epsilon House.

Bus: 197 Bus also stops on Thomas Longley Road which is a short walk to the office.
Daniel joined Academics in March 2018 to oversee the day to day management of the business and running the Primary desk across Dartford and Gravesham. Daniel has spent nearly 20 years in recruitment across IT and Healthcare and has a wealth of experience in both contract and permanent recruitment. Daniel attended Crofton Primary School in Orpington and Coopers Technology College in Chislehurst.

Reshma joined the business in August 2017 to head up the Secondary team. Reshma has over 12 years of recruitment experience, the last 10 years in Education and has established fantastic relationships with Secondary Schools and Secondary Teachers and Support Staff across Kent. Reshma attended Morden Mount Primary School, Greenwich and Eltham Hill Technology College for Girls, Eltham.

Anita joined Academics in October 2017 to grow and establish the Primary desk across Medway and Maidstone. Anita began her career in recruitment in 2006 as a resourcer progressing on to Account Manager and then Senior Consultant within Industrial and Commercial Recruitment. Anita attended All Saints C of E Primary School, Chatham and Fort Pitt Grammar School, Chatham.

Amy joined the business in September 2019 to oversee all non-classroom support including; receptionists, administrators, premises staff and finance. Amy has enjoyed a successful career within Education recruitment over the past 10 years and is someone who builds excellent working relationships with her honest and open approach. Amy attended Horn Park Primary School, Greenwich and then Eltham Hill Technology College for Girls, Eltham.

Laura joined the Classic team initially as a Resourcer in September 2019 and following promotion is now consultant for Primary schools across Swale, Canterbury and Thanet. Passionate about teaching and primary education in particular, Laura spent four years as a Primary Teacher working in schools across South West London before relocating to Kent. Laura attended St. Edmund’s Catholic Primary School, Twickenham and Gumley House Convent School, Isleworth.

Lydia joined Academics in February 2019 to oversee SEN and is responsible for placing a range of SEN Teacher and Support Staff across Kent and South East London. With previous Education Recruitment experience behind her, Lydia has established excellent relationships with some amazing Specialist Schools and Provisions throughout the region and is incredibly passionate about her work within SEN and keen to make a difference to all her school’s students. Lydia attended Hoo St Werbrugh Primary School and Hoo Secondary School, Rochester.

Bryan joined Academics with a wealth of experience in August 2019 as Senior Consultant supporting Primary schools across South East and East London. Bryan started life as a financial advisor before embarking on education recruitment career which now spans more than 21 years. Bryan attended Marus Bridge Primary & Middle School and Whitley High School, Wigan.

Emma joined Academics in February 2020 to support our Secondary desk in securing the best possible candidates and making sure that they are guided through the registration process smoothly. After spending a year in accountancy recruitment, Emma then moved into the travel industry for several years before making the move into education recruitment. Emma attended Aylesford Primary School and Aylesford Secondary School in Kent.

Megan joined Academics in June 2021 to support our primary consultants in finding and registering the best available candidates for our local primary schools. Prior to joining the team, Megan successfully completed a degree in Early Years and worked as a nursery practitioner. Megan attended St Mary’s Island Primary School and Fort Pitt Grammar School.
