Seeking Primary TA – How Wood, St. Albans – September start

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Primary TA to join our energetic team at this fruitful primary school situated within beautiful grounds, based in St. Albans . Helping to encourage and nurture our students into independent young teenagers, preparing them to head off into secondary school with confidence and a good educational foundation is at the forefront of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting the classroom teacher and help to delivering engaging lessons and activities.
* Working with small groups of children to reinforce learning concepts.
* Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.
* Assisting with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
* Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
