Seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our School in Chiswell green - St. Albans - To start ASAP

Salary: £85 - £95 per day

About the Role:

* As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in:
* Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality education and ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
* Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them with their learning and development.
* Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
* Offering emotional and social support to students, helping even the shyest child feel confident and engaged.

What we’re looking for:

* A caring and patient individual with a passion for working with children providing support as a Teaching Assistant.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and flexible approach to supporting teachers and students.
* Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
* Ability to commute to St. Albans via car or public trasnport.
