Vacancy: Primary Teacher, preferably Year 2, Year 3 or Year 4
Location: Bushey
Start Date: September 2024
Contract: Full Time, MPS1 to MPS6
As the Primary Teacher you will be tasked with the classroom management of the 28 pupils within your class. You will demonstrate excellent understanding of the curriculum, plan and deliver outstanding and engaging lessons to you pupils, following the schools excellent curriculum plan.
As this is a full time teaching vacancy, you will jointly assess and complete reports for each student (alongside the phase leader and subject specific teachers)
You will liaise confidently with parents.
The school are looking for an individual who has;
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the UK curriculum
Proven experience in developing and implementing innovative teaching strategies that engage students and promote critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Teaching practices to support their pupils from diverse backgrounds and promote equity and inclusivity in the classroom.
The ability and know-how to establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, parents and guardians.
