About the Role:
Academics LTD is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic female Sports Graduate to provide PE cover in a secondary school in Swindon. This is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience working with young people in an educational setting, supporting both physical education and classroom learning. Whether as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in inspiring students and promoting sports and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver PE cover and assist with sports lessons across KS3 and KS4
*
Supervise and manage student behaviour effectively
*
Support the setup and delivery of practical activities and lessons
*
Build positive relationships with students to encourage active participation
*
Provide classroom assistance in various roles as needed
Who We’re Looking For:

Female graduate with a degree in Sports, PE, or a related discipline
*
Experience working with young people through coaching, mentoring, or tutoring is advantageous
*
Confident, organised, and an excellent communicator
*
Passionate about promoting health, fitness, and wellbeing within education
