Your Role as a Clinical Teaching Assistant
* Work closely with pupils aged 5–18 presenting with SEMH, neurodiversity, and trauma-related behaviours.
* Implement therapeutic strategies under the guidance of the school's clinical and therapeutic team.
* Support emotional regulation, build resilience, and facilitate 1:1 or small group learning sessions.
* Help develop and deliver tailored behaviour and education plans, promoting independence and well-being.
* Collaborate with staff, families, and external professionals to provide holistic, person-centred support.
