Academics have a fantastic opportunity for you! We are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a Full Time basis in a large school in Newport with a supportive SLT team.
Key requirements of an ALN Teaching Assistant (TA)
* Support students in the schools Learning Resource Base (LRB)
* Support the classroom teacher by helping small groups of children.
* Monitor and track the students’ progress and academic development to liaise with teachers and the pupil’s parents.

What do we need from you?
* Experience working in a classroom setting
* Experience working with Additional Learning Needs
* An Enhanced DBS and registration with the EWC (We can assist you with the process).
* Two recent and professional references.
