What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting learning in and out of the classroom
* Helping students grow socially and academically
* Providing 1:1 and group support (including SEND students)

* Experience working with young people
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Relevant qualifications
* A commitment to keeping our students safe and supported in Godstone.
* A drive to becoming an excellent Learning Support Assistant
