The Role, English Teacher, Head of Department, Wembley:
* Lead and manage the English department to ensure outstanding teaching and learning
* Design and implement an engaging, challenging, and inclusive curriculum
* Support and mentor staff within the department, fostering professional development
* Model excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Drive high expectations and ensure that all learners achieve to the best of their ability
