Teacher of Art (Part-Time – Independent School, Borehamwood)
An outstanding independent boys’ school in Borehamwood is seeking to appoint a talented and creative Part-Time Teacher of Art to join their vibrant Art Department for the 2025–2026 academic year, starting in September 2025. This is a 2-day-per-week role, ideal for a dynamic and imaginative teacher looking to inspire students in a highly academic and supportive environment.
The Role:
* Teach Art across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of involvement in GCSE-level classes.
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that foster creativity and technical skill.
* Contribute to the artistic life of the school, including exhibitions and co-curricular projects.
* Work closely with a small, passionate team in a well-resourced department.

The Candidate:

* QTS is preferred, but applications from experienced practitioners or newly qualified teachers will be considered.
* Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
