What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – PGCE or Bachelor of Education
* Early Careers Teachers (ECTs) are warmly encouraged to apply
* Confident classroom management and positive behaviour strategies
* A creative, engaging teaching style with a focus on pupil progress and wellbeing
* Ability to assess, monitor, and provide insightful feedback to support achievement
* A collaborative and reflective approach to teaching and learning
