The Ideal Year 3 Teacher Will:

Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

Have experience teaching in KS2, ideally in Year 3

Be confident with behaviour management and differentiation

Create engaging, child-centred lessons

Work well as part of a collaborative team
