A well-established primary school in Aylesbury is seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team in September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent role, with full class teaching responsibilities.

Contract – Direct with School

Pay: Main pay scale MPS2 to MPS6

About the Role:

* Lead a Year 3 class with full responsibility for planning, delivery, assessment, and pastoral care.
* Create engaging and differentiated lessons that inspire curiosity and progress.
* Work closely with the KS2 phase team to ensure continuity and collaboration.
* Contribute to a positive school ethos where pupils are respectful, motivated, and eager to learn.
* Support the wider school community and participate in staff meetings, CPD, and events.

About You:

* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally with Year 3.
* Confident in delivering the national curriculum in a creative, supportive way.
* Able to manage behaviour effectively and create a warm, inclusive classroom.
* Keen to build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
* Enthusiastic, reflective, and ready to contribute positively to school life.
