The school provides specialist support within a small, calm, and caring setting, helping pupils to achieve their full potential and prepare for life beyond education—whether that be further study or entry into the world of work.

The school caters for students with a range of needs, including:

* Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dyspraxia
* Speech, Language and Communication Needs
* Attention Difficulties and Autistic Spectrum Conditions
* Physical and Emotional Difficulties

The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and effective 6th Form Teacher to join a close-knit and collaborative team. You will deliver high-quality lessons, support learners with diverse needs, and play an essential role in their academic and personal progression.

What We’re Looking For:

* A relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching and assessing BTEC or similar vocational qualifications
* Strong understanding of special educational needs (SEN)
* Effective classroom strategies and excellent communication skills
* Passion, resilience, and a commitment to nurturing student development

Desirable attributes include knowledge of careers education and familiarity with the “Helping Children Achieve More” agenda.
