As an Aspiring Assistant Psychologist:

* Collaborate with an experienced on-site Educational Psychologist, Behaviour Specialists, and SENCOs
* Support children and young people with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and Speech & Language challenges
* Contribute to the creation and implementation of individual support plans
* Monitor and track behavioural and educational progress
* Help build a safe, supportive, and structured environment where students can thrive

What We’re Looking For:

* A degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a related subject
* A keen interest in human behaviour, mental health, and educational psychology
* Strong communication, empathy, and emotional resilience
* A proactive, team-oriented approach to supporting children with complex needs
* Ability to commute to and work full-time in Bedford
