Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will:
✨ Provide individualised support to learners with SEN/SEND and ASD
✨ Plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote academic and social development
✨ Work closely with teachers and schools across South Yorkshire to champion inclusive education

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 1+ years’ experience as an HLTA (experience with SEN/SEND is desirable)
✔ Background in supporting ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or similar needs
✔ Strong understanding of safeguarding and child welfare
✔ Enhanced DBS (registered or willing to obtain)
✔ Two professional references
✔ Right to work in the UK
