About the Role – Challenging Behaviour Assistant
As a Challenging Behaviour Assistant in Newham, you will be working closely with students who display challenging behaviour, many of whom have social, emotional, and mental health needs. Your role as a SEN Teaching Assistant will involve providing 1:1 support, de-escalating incidents, promoting positive behaviour strategies, and helping pupils stay engaged in learning.
