🧠 About the Role:
As a Behaviour Support Worker, you’ll work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to support students on a one-to-one or small group basis. Your role will involve promoting positive behaviour, managing challenging situations, and helping students engage with their learning in a safe, supportive environment.
✅ Ideal Candidates Will Have:
* Experience working with young people in a school or youth/community setting
* Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
* A calm, confident, and resilient approach
* The ability to build positive relationships and act as a role model
* Knowledge of trauma-informed practice or SEMH (desirable)
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
