This is a great opportunity for qualified teachers, ECTs, and experienced cover supervisors who are passionate about supporting students across a range of subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-set lessons across different subjects in the absence of the class teacher.
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
* Follow school policies and ensure student safety and engagement.
* Provide feedback to the relevant staff on student progress and classroom activity.
* Adapt to different school settings and build positive relationships with staff and students.
Requirements:
* Completed Degree or QTS
* Previous experience working in a secondary school setting is desirable.
* Strong classroom management skills and a flexible approach.
* Reliable, enthusiastic, and confident working across multiple subjects.
* A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
