Ideal Primary HLTA candidates will have:
✅ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
✅ HLTA Level 4 qualification (or a degree in Education)
✅ Experience working in primary schools
✅ Ability to commute across Chesterfield
✅ Strong communication & classroom management skills
✅ Confidence leading pre-planned lessons
✅ Knowledge of the National Curriculum
