An inclusive and forward-thinking primary school in Gravesend is seeking a KS2 Phase Leader to join their team from September 2025. This is a permanent position offering Main/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) plus a TLR for leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the KS2 phase, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

Support and develop teaching staff within the phase.
*
Work closely with the SLT to implement whole-school priorities.
*
Monitor and evaluate pupil progress and attainment across KS2.
*
Contribute to curriculum development and school improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*
Proven experience teaching within KS2.
*
A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
*
A commitment to inclusive education and raising achievement for all pupils.
