About You:
* Experience working in education, healthcare, SEN, or SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) settings.
* Understanding of common medical and mental health conditions and their impact on learning.
* A natural empath, with a calm, caring, and supportive approach.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families.
* Committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and empowering students to reach their full potential.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., TA Level 2/3, Nursing Assistant, Mental Health First Aid) are a bonus.
* Must be able to commute to Kempston.
