We’re recruiting a passionate and driven Aspiring Mental Health Assistant to join a supportive and forward-thinking SEN school in Stevenage. This role is perfect for someone looking to build a career in mental health, youth work, Social work, education and training, or criminal justice.

Job Title: Aspiring Mental Health Assistant

Location: Stevenage

Sector: Education and training

Pay: £460–£500 per week

Contract: Full-time, long-term (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

Start Date: Immidiate or September start

We’re Looking For:

* A degree in Psychology, Criminology, Education, or a related field – or experience supporting children with SEN.
* A strong interest in mental health, autism, SEMH, and inclusive education.
* An understanding of behavioural needs and emotional regulation.
* The ability to travel to Stevenage daily.
* Above all – a genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them thrive.
