We are seeking a dedicated educator who:
* Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and solid experience in Upper Key Stage 2.
* Brings energy, creativity, and a love of learning into the classroom.
* Holds high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.
* Understands that behaviour is a form of communication and can implement strategies to support all learners effectively.
* Can deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of every pupil.
* Possesses strong literacy and numeracy skills, alongside excellent classroom and behaviour management.

* Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
* Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress to help them reach their full potential.
* Differentiate learning and use scaffolding to support a range of abilities.
* Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment.
* Build strong, respectful relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
* Contribute to school life, including extracurricular activities and wider school initiatives.
