Location: Near Macclesfield and Congleton
Are you neurodivergent and passionate about supporting others like you? Do you want to use your lived experience to make a real difference in a child’s life?

About the Pupil
He is an energetic, funny, and affectionate child who loves movement and games. He has Autism and ADHD and finds the structure of the classroom challenging at times. He needs constant supervision and may occasionally become physically dysregulated when overwhelmed or anxious. However, with the right adult support, He is at his best — happy, engaged, and ready to connect.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
*
Is autistic or otherwise neurodivergent and open about using that experience to support others.
*
Understands sensory needs, emotional dysregulation, and the value of routine.
*
Can stay calm and consistent, even during challenging moments.
*
Believes in inclusive education and wants to help a child access learning in a way that works for them.
*
May not have formal qualifications — we value insight, patience, and understanding above all else.
