Location: Gravesend, Kent
Hours: Full-time (Split shifts may apply)
Pay: from £15 per hour (dependent on experience)

Are you a hands-on, reliable individual with a knack for maintenance and a commitment to keeping environments safe and clean? We’re working with a well-respected school in Gravesend looking to appoint a Premises Manager to support the day-to-day running of their site.
About the Role:
As a School Premises Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the school grounds, buildings and facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained. You’ll support the Site Manager in a range of duties including:

General repairs and maintenance
*
Site security and opening/locking up
*
Groundskeeping and cleaning tasks
*
Health & safety checks
*
Supporting contractors on-site
Requirements:
*
Previous premises/site maintenance experience (ideally in a school or similar environment)
*
Strong DIY skills and a proactive attitude
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply through us)
*
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
*
Flexibility to work shift patterns (early mornings/late finishes may apply)
