Academics are currently seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a real difference in a child's life.
Location: Gloucester
Pay: £85-£100 per day (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Term-time only
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be providing dedicated support to a child who requires additional help with their learning. The right person will be confident, consistent, and committed, with the ability to build positive relationships and engage effectively with all children.
We’re looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant who:
* Can confidently support a child with special educational needs (SEN)
* Has a positive and proactive approach to learning and behaviour
* Is able to engage with and support the wider class when needed
* Can demonstrate commitment, reliability, and patience in their role
This 1:1 Teaching Assistant position is ideal for someone with experience in education or care settings, though we welcome applications from individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
