Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS1 and EYFS curriculum
* Foster a positive, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
* Use a variety of assessment strategies to track progress and inform planning
* Establish strong, supportive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
* Celebrate children’s achievements and promote personal development
* Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated teaching team

What We’re Looking For:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Recent experience teaching in KS1 (or a strong understanding of the phase)
* A passion for child-centred education and inclusive teaching practices
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* A proactive, reflective, and team-oriented approach
