Job Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and flexible supply teachers to join our team for day-to-day cover across various primary schools in Gillingham. As a supply teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of education during staff absences, ensuring pupils continue to learn in a positive and structured environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced educators and newly qualified teachers looking to gain a broad range of classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
* Adapt quickly to new classroom settings and establish good rapport with students.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
* Provide feedback to the school at the end of the day as required.
* Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting is desirable.
* Confidence to work across different year groups and schools.
* Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* Must be willing to travel locally for day-to-day placements.
