Position: English Teacher (Permanent/Supply/Day to Day)
Location: Oxted, Surrey
Year Group: KS3 / KS4 / (KS5 optional)
Salary: £33,075 – £50,471 per annum / £150 – £250 per day
Contract: Permanent / Supply / Day to Day
Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and impactful English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with KS5 optional)
* Foster a love of literature, language, and creative writing
* Support students of all abilities to express themselves with confidence and clarity
* Create a purposeful and inclusive classroom environment
* Collaborate with a dedicated and supportive English department
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in English or a related subject
* ESSENTIAL – QTS or equivalent and experience teaching in a Secondary School
* Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for English
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* A commitment to raising standards and delivering high-quality education
