We’re looking for enthusiastic Supply Teachers to support schools across Hatfield by stepping in when regular teachers are unavailable. This is a vital role that helps ensure students continue to thrive in a consistent and inspiring learning environment.

Your Role at a Glance:

As a Supply Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a range of classrooms and age groups. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

* Delivering pre-set lessons with clarity and confidence to keep students on track.
* Creating a positive, engaging classroom environment that promotes active learning.
* Managing student behaviour effectively to maintain focus and respect.
* Supporting the broader school community, including collaboration with teaching staff and administrators.
* Supervising pupils during class and non-class times, such as breaks and transitions.
* Administering assignments, tests, and ensuring student work is collected and organised.
* Making use of diverse teaching tools—from textbooks to digital platforms—to enrich the learning experience.
