What You’ll Need:

* A genuine passion for helping children learn and achieve their potential
* Ability to create a positive, ‘can-do’ classroom atmosphere, fostering independence and self-confidence
* Adaptability, approachability, proactivity, and reliability
* Previous experience (paid or voluntary) working with children (e.g., teaching, tutoring, childcare, etc.) or relevant qualifications are beneficial, but we’re happy to discuss your individual aspirations
* Completion of our free registration and safeguarding process, including ID, DBS, and reference checks
