We are currently seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join a range of secondary schools across Lincolnshire. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons
* Provide targeted support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN)
* Assist with classroom management and organization
* Support students' social and emotional development
* HLTA roles may involve leading classes and covering lessons in the absence of the teacher
Requirements:
* Relevant experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
* For HLTAs, relevant qualifications and experience are required (e.g., HLTA status, QTS, or equivalent)
* A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
