Responsibilities:
Supporting students aged 11–18 with complex needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
Assisting the classroom teacher in daily lessons and activities
Helping implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Promoting engagement, independence, and emotional wellbeing
