We are seeking an exceptional and committed Biology Teacher to join our successful and well-resourced Science Faculty in Ealing from September 2025. Whether you're an experienced teacher or an ambitious ECT, this is a fantastic opportunity to teach Biology across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and potentially A-Level, in a school that values both academic excellence and innovation in teaching.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, engaging Biology lessons across a range of key stages and abilities.
* Plan and assess students’ progress using effective strategies to support and challenge learners.
* Contribute to the development of a rich and inspiring Biology curriculum, including enrichment and STEM initiatives.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Science Faculty to share best practices and raise academic outcomes.
* Foster curiosity, independence, and a passion for science among students.
About You:
* A qualified Biology Teacher (QTS or equivalent), with strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
* Experience teaching Biology at GCSE, and ideally A-Level (training and support available for those new to A-Level).
* A reflective and adaptable practitioner with high expectations for all students.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a team-oriented approach.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and improving student outcomes.
