Job Title: Languages Teacher
Pay: £130 - £200 per day (depending on experience)
Academics is a trusted education and training agency working on behalf of secondary schools across Sheffield. We are currently supporting schools in their search for a Languages Teacher to join their departments for the rest of this academic year, with possible longer-term opportunities available.
We are ideally looking for a German Teacher, but we also have ongoing roles for Spanish Teachers and French Teachers.
What you’ll be doing as a Languages Teacher:
* Teach German, Spanish or French depending on your subject expertise.
* Deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum expectations.
* Support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Create inclusive and exciting learning experiences.
* Inspire students to develop their language skills.
* Monitor progress and adapt teaching where needed.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Has a current enhanced DBS or is happy to apply for one.
* Understands the secondary MFL curriculum.
* Uses positive behaviour strategies effectively.
* Is committed to quality education and training.
