As a Classroom Assistant, you will assist with lesson preparation, help students with their learning, and support the teacher in managing classroom activities. Key Responsibilities as a Classroom Assistant:
* Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver dynamic and engaging lessons.
* Provide targeted support to students, both individually and in small groups, especially those with special educational needs (SEN).
* Create and maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere that allows all students to excel.
* Support in maintaining a well-organised and safe classroom environment.
