Immediate Start – Full-time – Bradley Stoke, South Gloucestershire

We are partnering with a fantastic school in Bradley Stoke to recruit a high-quality candidate for the Autism Support Assistant role, available to start ASAP.

The Role:
As an Autism Support Assistant, you will work alongside a dedicated team of specialists to ensure students can reach their full potential and are supported throughout their academic journey. Your responsibilities will include:

* Creating and maintaining a positive and consistent classroom environment
* Leading engaging activities tailored to students' needs
* Following individual care plans for each student
* Providing one-on-one and group support to students with autism
* Helping with the development of social and emotional skills
* Assisting with the management of any challenging behaviours
* Encouraging student participation in class and school activities

The school is looking for an enthusiastic Autism Support Assistant on a full-time basis, with full training provided to ensure you succeed in the role.
