KS1 Teacher – Permanent Contract - High Wycombe

Start Date: September 2025

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join this vibrant and supportive High Wycombe primary school community. The position is available on a permanent contract, with interviews to be arranged throughout May 2025.

About the Role:

The High Wycombe based school is seeking a passionate and nurturing teacher to inspire and guide young learners in their early years of education. As a KS1 Teacher, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the educational journey of children in Years 1 and 2. The role requires a dynamic individual who can foster a love of learning, encourage creativity, and support the development of key skills in a warm and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivering high-quality lessons that engage and motivate children in Key Stage 1.
* Creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment that meets the needs of all pupils.
* Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback to support their learning.
* Working closely with colleagues to plan and deliver the curriculum effectively.
* Promoting positive behaviour and supporting children’s social and emotional development.
* Engaging with parents and carers to build strong home-school partnerships.

About You:

* A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
* A passion for teaching and a genuine commitment to the development of young children.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt to the needs of the class.
* A creative approach to teaching with a focus on making learning exciting and engaging.
