Classroom Support Assistant - SEN TEACHING ASSISTANT - EDUCATION AND TRAINING

This role is to work specifically as a SEN Teaching Assistant, providing tailored support to students with a wide range of complex special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, speech and language challenges, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.
As a Classroom Support Assistant in Croydon, you will:
Work one-to-one and in small groups with students with complex SEN
Assist the class teacher with adapting resources and lesson delivery
Support students with personal care and emotional regulation where needed
Help to implement individualised learning and behaviour plans
