We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work with students with special educational needs (SEN) in a mainstream secondary school in Woking. If you are passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning and thrive in the classroom, this could be the ideal role for you!

What We’re Looking For:

* Caring and Supportive: You are patient and empathetic, offering encouragement and guidance to students with SEN.
* Proactive Communicator: You can build strong relationships with students and staff, working collaboratively to meet students’ needs.
* Adaptable and Resourceful: You can manage a range of learning and behavioural needs, providing tailored support to help students succeed.
* Relevant Experience: Experience working with children, particularly those with SEN, in an educational setting is highly desirable.
