Teaching Assistant – Rainham
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive secondary school team in Rainham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people, particularly those with special educational needs.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be required to provide specialist SEN classroom support, as well as assist SEN pupils within a mainstream setting. Working with students across KS3 and KS4, you’ll play an important role in helping them access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Assist in both classroom and small group settings

Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment

Work closely with teaching staff and SENCO to implement support strategies

Encourage independence and confidence in student learning

Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Stages: KS3 and/or KS4

Pay: £90 – £105 per day (dependent on experience)
*
Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time
