SEN Teacher- Education and Training- High Wycombe- Education and Training- High Wycombe

The positive impact you can have on a young person’s life is likely to be the reason you became an educator. In this SEN Teacher role, that impact will be greater than you could have imagined.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hardworking, caring, and committed team in an outstanding school environment.

About the Role:

Key to the SEN Teacher role will be understanding what engages each pupil, how they learn, and how they are motivated—channelling these factors into your teaching approach to ensure every pupil gets the most out of every day. You will inspire pupils to enjoy a range of subjects, bringing each lesson to life and fostering a love of learning.

We are looking for an outstanding SEN Teacher who is dedicated to the welfare, safeguarding, and achievement of every child. The successful candidate will be eager to make a difference and collaborate effectively as part of a whole-school team to best meet the needs of each child.

What We Offer:

* A supportive, enthusiastic, and friendly team where skills, knowledge, and dedication are recognised and valued.
* A school environment in High Wycombe where every day brings a sense of achievement and progress.
* Ongoing professional development, including additional training and support for those new to SEN.

If you have not worked as an SEN Teacher before but are motivated and eager to make the transition, we will provide the necessary training and guidance to support you.

If you would like to join an outstanding, hardworking, and passionate team in Milton Keynes, we look forward to receiving your application.

This SEN Teacher role is subject to an enhanced DBS check. We are an equal opportunities employer and are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All staff are expected to share this commitment.
