Are you passionate about supporting children with mental health challenges and behavioural issues? A fantastic opportunity has arisen to become a Therapy Support Worker at a school in Bath that specialises in helping children with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges, behavioural difficulties, and trauma-related issues.

As a Therapy Support Worker, you will assist in providing vital support to students who come from difficult backgrounds and face a range of emotional and behavioural challenges. Many of the children require assistance in managing their emotions and behaviour, and you will work alongside therapists to deliver tailored interventions to improve their well-being and emotional regulation.

What Will You Be Doing?

* Providing one-on-one and group support to children with mental health, behavioural, and trauma-related issues.
* Assisting in the implementation of therapeutic interventions and strategies to help students manage emotions and behaviours.
* Collaborating with therapists, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and supportive approach for each student.
