Role Overview: As an Autism Specialist Assistant, you will:
* Support students with ASD and Autism on a 1:1 or small group basis.
* Implement tailored strategies to manage challenging behaviours.
* Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment.
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals
About You: As an Autism Specialist Assistant you will have:
* Graduate in a relevant field such as psychology or criminology OR a good education background (GCSE’s in Maths and English)
* A calm, patient, and proactive approach to working with children.
* Enhanced DBS Check (We can assist with this)
