We're looking for a compassionate, motivated, and emotionally intelligent individual to join a supportive team in the education and training sector as a School Mental Health Assistant at a forward-thinking school in Kempston. This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate eager to gain hands-on experience supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs – experience that’s highly valued in careers such as education, counselling, youth work, or clinical psychology.

🔍 The Role:

* Support students with SEMH challenges, both in and out of class
* Work 1:1 or in small groups to develop emotional regulation and coping strategies
* Collaborate with SENCOs, educational psychologists, and pastoral staff
* Foster a safe and inclusive environment where all students feel understood

* Degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field
