Academics Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic mainstream primary school in Cheltenham. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with students across the Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, helping them to develop their skills and confidence in the classroom.

* £83-£95 per day
* Cheltenham
* Full Time (8:30-3:30)
* Term Time Only
* Clear DBS (or willingness to apply)
Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:
* Work alongside teachers to create engaging and inspiring lessons.
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to students, including those with additional needs.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Assist in classroom management to ensure a focused and respectful atmosphere.
* Encourage and support students to reach their full potential.
