Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years professional with a Level 3 qualification in Childcare? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded and welcoming Infant School in the Cheshunt area for an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their supportive nursery team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a nurturing and collaborative school community that values the contributions of its support staff. The successful teaching assistant will work closely with class teachers and independently with small groups of children in the nursery class, helping to deliver high-quality early years education in a richly resourced learning environment.

The School:

Set in a residential part of Cheshunt, this two-form entry Infant School, complete with an on-site nursery and dedicated Forest School area, is praised for its inclusive and positive ethos. The school sits within a spacious setting it shares with a partner Junior school and is equipped with well-resourced classrooms and beautiful outdoor learning spaces.

Following a recent Ofsted inspection in March 2024, the school was graded as "Good" and commended for its safe and nurturing environment, with staff who know pupils well and support them to achieve their full potential.

Ofsted March 2024:
"This is a safe, happy and nurturing school. Pupils are keen learners. Staff know the pupils well. They do their best to meet pupils’ individual needs. Pupils, including those with SEND, achieve well. The school treats each pupil as an individual and helps all to shine."
